I am the face and founder of CRG Recruitment.

I have always been committed to the quality of service being provided as part of the recruitment process and having worked in the sector for over 15 years as an employee I have now decided to start my own recruitment business.

The driver for this decision was to ensure that I can be the best IT recruiter and Father all at once, giving me and my family the work-life balance needed.

I have a wealth of knowledge in the technology recruitment industry from network and market intelligence through to delivering recruitment services to local and international organisations.

I pride myself on the relationships that have been built with my clients during the course of my career and understand the transparency and honesty required to be successful in the recruitment field.
